A former journalist and PR, Katie has more than 15 years experience in digital. She has worked with brands across the globe. 

Katie is also the founder of SIX @Sixisepic, a not-for-profit initiative that champions young female entrepreneurs from disadvantaged communities. She is a business mentor to young entrepreneurs and her pro-bono commitments include advising non-profits on their social, PR and brand strategies.

She has written for Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan and worked for brands including Xero, Kiwibank, Ann Summers, NSPCC, PhotoBox and Weber Shandwick. 

A speaker and commentator, Katie is passionate about diversity, equality and Chelsea FC.

A local lad hailing from the coast, Jon has a degree in history and has extensive experience working for independent businesses in the hospitality and leisure industries. 

He has an obsession for anything retro, whether it be an awesome vinyl or a timeless trench coat! He is also a gifted lyricist and musician and pours this creativity into his delivery of content, social copywriting and campaigns that break the mould.

He has worked for brands in both the UK and Europe and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Having graduated with a First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion, Jemma is a self-confessed perfectionist passionate in a broad range of creative roles, with strengths in visual communication and graphic design.

Her previous experience includes working as a Communications Assistant and Social Media Marketing Executive at Medway Council.

An Instagram fanatic, she loves snapping her two Shih Tzu pups and beating her friends at ping pong.
